Are you looking for challenges and freedom to initiate and own projects that drive growth. In the role of Marketing Partnerships Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the biggest affiliate accounts in the tech industry.
Your day-to-day:
Manage and grow existing partners (affiliates, developers, course creators, influencers, etc.) by strengthening relationships and driving new initiatives.
Monitor partner performance metrics and look for meaningful insights.
Report on goals, results, challenges, and opportunities.
Monitor and optimize partners’ content and marketing campaigns to grow business results.
Negotiate new deals and renegotiate current agreements.
Identify, outreach, and onboard new partners.
Initiate and manage cross-team collaboration.
Drive new initiatives and projects for affiliate and marketing teams’ revenue growth.
Keep up with industry and marketing trends, news, and best practices.
Your Skills & Experiences:
At least 1-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role.
Very strong written and verbal English communication skills.
High sense of responsibility and ownership.
Very results and action-oriented - initiating new projects, tackling problems, etc.
Nice to have:
Experience in affiliate or partnership marketing.
Experience with SaaS or B2B marketing.
Experience in other performance marketing channels.
Tech stack:
AI tools - ChatGPT, Claude, n8n, etc.
Microsoft Excel.
Market intelligence tools: SemRush, Ahrefs, SimilarWeb, etc.
Power BI or other analytical tools.
Our Salary & Work Benefits Package:
Gross salary: 2000 - 3500 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discuss a different salary based on your skills and competencies.
