Step into a role where you’ll make an impact every day. As a Junior Consultant, you’ll work on diverse client projects, from pay and reward solutions to broader HR processes, helping organizations succeed.

You’ll deliver tailored products, support implementation, and facilitate training sessions using Korn Ferry’s world-class tools and methodologies.

This role offers a competitive salary in the range of €20,000–€25,000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver high quality work that meets expectations for timeliness, accuracy and completeness.
  • Shared responsibility of the creation, renewal and maintenance of the reward database in the assigned country
  • Conduct client training sessions and workshops on Pay & Reward solutions.
  • Apply appropriate methodologies to address technical challenges in projects.
  • Perform research, analyze data, and prepare reports to provide actionable insights.
  • Continuously develop your knowledge through training and cross-functional collaboration.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

  • 1-3 years of experience from a client facing role.
  • Strong ability to interact with senior HR leaders and management stakeholders.
  • Interest in HR topics, especially rewards and benefits.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (especially Excel) and CRM systems.
  • Fluency in Lithuanian and English

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Background in HR (e.g., HR Business Partner or Compensation & Benefits).
  • Experience coordinating the work of others.
  • Additional language skills.

EDUCATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification
