We're looking for a Junior COD Project Manager to support project delivery while learning and growing into a full-cycle project ownership role.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:
Monitor and manage COD (Cash on Delivery) order flows to ensure smooth operations
Investigate and resolve order-related issues (e.g., missing orders, system errors, incorrect data)
Perform manual checks and data validation to ensure accuracy across systems
Handle incoming issues from customer support by gathering and verifying order information
Monitor system notifications and proactively address issues
Work closely with logistics partners to track COD payments and ensure timely collection
Cross-check financial data to ensure consistency between internal systems and partners
Collaborate with multiple teams to resolve operational issues
Identify recurring problems and suggest process improvements

A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred)
Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a willingness to take ownership
Strong interest in e-commerce and operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with different teams
