Your Responsibilities:
Support Finnish-speaking customers with order-related issues (tracking, returns, payments).
Communicate clearly and professionally across channels (phone, email, chat).
Handle sensitive data responsibly and securely.
Escalate complex cases using internal tools and procedures.
Monitor and improve your own KPIs.
You have:
Native-level Finnish and strong English (C1).
Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem-solve efficiently.
Previous experience in customer support is a plus.
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
