What do we expect
3+ years of practical Java development experience, delivering clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
Proficiency in the Spring framework (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
Solid experience with version control (Git) and build tools like Maven and Gradle to support smooth development workflows.
Skilled in designing and consuming APIs—RESTful and SOAP, synchronous and asynchronous—for reliable integrations.
Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and containerization using Docker.
Familiarity with both relational databases and NoSQL/document-oriented databases.
Strong grasp of event-driven architecture and common design patterns.
Ability to excel in a fast-paced, startup-style environment and adapt quickly to shifting priorities.
A proactive, results-driven mindset with a readiness to take initiative and push projects forward.
Dedication to high code quality through thorough unit testing and active involvement in code reviews.
