Hiring: IT Technical Specialist
 

We’re looking for an IT Technical Specialist to join us at Telia in Vilnius or Šiauliai.

What you’ll do:

• Deliver qualitative IT support related to IT services and tools for internal users.
• Act as the first point of contact for all IT user-related queries via phone, chat, and web forms.
• Support users in navigating applications and resolving day-to-day IT issues.
• Represent the voice of IT by ensuring a service-minded, customer-oriented user experience.
   

What will help you thrive in this role:

• Ability to communicate clearly and confidently in English and Lithuanian, both spoken and written.
• Basic computer knowledge and hands-on experience, including operating systems, common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, email tools), basic hardware troubleshooting.
• Previous experience in customer or user support would be a significant advantage.

Monthly salary range for this position – 1480-2220 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
