The Operational IT Vendor Manager is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day value, compliance, and performance of our third-party IT vendors and service providers. This role acts as the primary liaison between internal IT teams (e.g., Service Desk, Infrastructure, Application Support) and external partners, focusing on service delivery reliability, adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and the swift resolution of operational issues to maintain seamless IT services.
What you will be responsible for:
Performance Tracking: Monitor vendor SLAs and KPIs (uptime, resolution rates) via daily/weekly reporting and data-driven scorecards.
Operational Governance: Lead service reviews and deep dives; act as the primary escalation point for critical issues and root cause analysis.
Financial & Contract Oversight: Ensure contract/SOW compliance and validate vendor invoices against usage and pricing.
Risk & Change Management: Manage vendor-driven changes to minimize production risk and monitor operational risk/business continuity.
Relationship Management: Serve as the bridge between vendors and internal owners to drive continuous service improvement (CSI).
About you:
Experience: 3β5 years in IT Vendor Management, Service Delivery, or IT Operations.
Technical Breadth: Strong understanding of Cloud/SaaS, Networks, and End-User Computing.
Service Management: ITIL Foundation certified (or equivalent) with expertise in Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
Performance Mastery: Expert at defining and enforcing SLAs/KPIs, including service credit claims and dashboard reporting.
Risk & Continuity: Proven ability to assess vendor risks, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness.
Communication: Exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills; able to translate technical data for senior leadership.

The gross monthly salary for this role is between 4.200 and 5.500 EUR gross, with the final offer reflecting your qualifications and experience.
