What you’ll do:

As a People Partner, you will be a trusted advisor to leaders and management teams, helping them navigate business challenges and translate them into effective people solutions. You will drive and support the full People & Culture agenda – from leadership and organizational development to talent, performance, workforce planning, employee relations, and change initiatives.

You will work closely with leaders and colleagues across a wide range of functions across Telia Company to deliver a great employee and manager experience.

  • Partner with leaders on people, organization, culture, and business-related topics

  • Translate business priorities and challenges into people actions and strategic choices

  • Support organizational development, transformation, and change initiatives

  • Coach and advise leaders on leadership, team effectiveness, engagement, and performance

  • Drive and support key People & Culture processes and initiatives

  • Facilitate workforce planning, talent reviews, succession planning, and organizational changes

  • Ensure compliant, consistent, and business-focused people practices

  • Build strong partnerships across the organization

  • Collaborate closely with People & Culture experts to deliver high-quality people solutions

What will help you thrive in this role:

  • 5+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner, People Partner, or similar role

  • Broad HR knowledge across areas such as organizational development, talent management, performance management, employee relations, and change management

  • Experience partnering with leaders and supporting business transformation

  • Experience driving organizational change and supporting leaders through transformation

  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to influence, challenge, and build trust across all levels of the organization

  • Strong communication, coaching, and facilitation skills

  • Business mindset and ability to connect people initiatives with business goals

  • Fluent Lithuanian and English

  • University degree in Human Resources or another relevant field

Monthly salary range for this position: 4,160–5,200 Eur (gross) + annual performance. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
