We are looking for an HR Generalist who will ensure efficient and high-quality HR services for our supervisors and employees at SmartPosti in Vilnius or Kaunas, while also contributing to HR projects across the Baltic countries.
In this role, you would become part of an international Baltic HR team, where you would receive support and inspiration from colleagues and actively collaborate with various stakeholders, including managers, employees, payroll specialists, and the Posti Group HR community.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire employee lifecycle by providing day-to-day hands-on HR support to team leaders on all employee-related matters across the organization.
- Ensure that HR processes are smooth, efficient, and compliant with local labor legislation, while supporting managers in developing the necessary people management capabilities.
- Maintain high-quality HR data, oversee the Workday HR system and other HR systems, and provide HR KPIs and insights to support decision-making.
- Participate in implementing the Posti People Journey within your area of responsibility.
- Contribute to and coordinate various HR projects across the Baltic HR team.
- Develop and support different initiatives and company events.
What We Expect from You:
- Higher education degree (a degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or Law would be considered an advantage).
- At least 3 years of successful experience in the HR field.
- Good knowledge of the Labor Code of the Republic of Lithuania and other relevant employment legislation.
- Practical experience with the Vikarina HR management system would be a significant advantage.
- A people-oriented mindset, strong focus on team results, and enjoyment of working in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with excellent collaboration skills.
- Fluency in both Lithuanian and English, written and spoken.

Salary
€2,840–€3,550 gross per month
The final salary will depend on the candidate’s experience and competencies.
