Summary:

The IT Specialist Business Systems Analysts are responsible for analysis, design, testing, and implementation of business processes and the software applications that support these business processes. Business Systems Analysts provide business value through their collaboration with business counterparts and senior application team members, assuring existing business processes are functioning efficiently and designing business process enhancements and extensions. Specialist Business Systems Analysts have in-depth knowledge of processes within at least one business function. Specialist Business Analysts consult with direct line management to determine work priorities and plans. Hollister operates in a hybrid work environment.  Associate can be based out of Kaunas, Lithuania; In the USA - Stuarts Draft, VA, Kirksville, MO or Mt Juliet, TN.

Responsibilities:

• Responsibility for analysis, design, testing, and implementation of business processes and the software applications that support business processes
• Possesses deep ERP application knowledge in the following functional areas: Planning and Scheduling
• Translates business requirements, functional designs and business scenarios into comprehensive test plans
• Performs detailed unit testing to assure technical design meets functional requirements
• Develops documentation related to business process design including high level business process overviews, detailed functional specifications, and visual aids such as business process flows
• Performs training of business counterparts related to implementation of new business processes
• Applies business intelligence tools to ad hoc analysis of business processes issues and on-going business process monitoring and control

Requirements:

• Number of Overall Years Necessary: 2-5
• BS/BA, or equivalent business experience in a business related discipline
• MBA or advanced degree desirable
• A minimum of 3 years of experience business process analysis and design with SAP APO, IBP and/or  PP/DS (or another comparable ERP Package)
• Strong expertise in desktop applications essential to the position including Visio for process flow diagrams, Excel and/or Access for large scale data analysis
• Strong analytical skills to identify business needs, formulate viable alternative solutions
• Fluency in English is required
