Head of Growth

Prime Prometics is the fastest-growing pro-age cosmetics brand in the world, and we’re looking for a Head of Growth who can lead the charge. This is a high-impact leadership role for an individual with a strong background in performance marketing and DTC eCommerce. You’ll build and lead our Growth & Acquisition department, oversee multi-million-dollar monthly budgets, and work across cross-functional teams to drive user acquisition across multiple channels and markets. The core focus of this role is to ensure that Prime Prometics consistently stays five steps ahead of the competition.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and lead the Growth & Acquisition department, shaping strategy, structure, and daily execution.
• Own the development and implementation of full-funnel acquisition strategies across numerous growth channels and oversee multi-million-dollar monthly budgets.
• Lead new market expansion by guiding research, launch strategy, and post-launch scaling.
• Evaluate audience trends, competitive insights, and market shifts to uncover new growth opportunities and refine acquisition strategy.
• Partner closely with creative, media buying, and web teams to deliver high-converting ads, ROI-focused campaigns, landing pages, and customer journeys.
• Support and steer new product launches from a growth perspective, ensuring strong positioning, funnel readiness, and rapid adoption.
• Drive innovation across offers, funnels, and channel tactics to unlock new scaling levers.

What We’re Looking For:

• Bring 5+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a strong emphasis on user acquisition and media buying in eCommerce.
• Have a proven track record of scaling both paid acquisition channels.
• Demonstrate solid leadership skills - ideally with experience guiding high-performing teams or managing cross-functional groups.
• Think analytically and use data confidently to inform decisions, identify opportunities, and optimize performance.
• Communicate clearly and manage stakeholders effectively across multiple teams.
• Move quickly, stay adaptable, and perform well in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment.
• Be fluent in English

SALARY: We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
