Guidewire Developer

Position Description:

We are looking for a Developer to join our team implementing a world class core platform Guidewire for an insurance client. You will configure and tailor this insurance platforms to fit the client's business processes, working closely with an experienced team. Salary range: 3100-4400 Euros (gross).

Your future duties and responsibilities:

. Configure and customize Guidewire PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter to meet the client's business requirements.
. Work with business analysts and client representatives to understand policy and claims processes and translate requirements into technical solutions.
. Develop and adjust system functionality and integrations as part of the implementation.
. Investigate issues, implement fixes, and support testing and releases.
. Review code and share knowledge with teammates.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Your skills and capabilities 80% consist of:

. 3+ years of experience in object oriented programming, such as Java or .NET.
. Experience developing, configuring, or maintaining business applications.
. Good analytical and problem solving skills.
. Curiosity, a willingness to learn, and motivation to work with world class insurance systems.
. Ability to collaborate with technical colleagues and business representatives.
. Fluency in both Lithuanian and English.
. Experience with core systems, preferably in insurance, is an advantage.
. Experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter or ClaimCenter is a strong advantage.
