We’re hiring a Growth Team Manager to find and unlock new growth with speed and ownership. This is a new role in our marketing team. You will move fast, test aggressively, and scale what works across channels, geos, funnels, and offers.

Here’s what your journey could look like:

  • Unlock new sales formats, find new funnels, angles, and aggressive buying tactics that open growth

  • Run experiments, test products, funnels, and ideas without breaking brand sales POD workflows

  • Be the growth incubator and launch new bets fast and turn wins into scale

  • Build speed with AI, create your own tools, remove barriers, and turn ideas into tests faster than the market

  • Partner with media and creatives to plan, ship, scale and learn together

  • Turn wins into scale — hand off proven initiatives into PODs so they become repeatable growth streams

Your part in the bigger picture:

  • 3+ years hands-on in sales growth, media buying, or direct response at real scale

  • Experimentation mindset at building test plans, launching fast, and scaling wins

  • Meta, Google, AppLovin channel fluency and Native experience is a plus

  • Business thinking — understands revenue, profit, spend, and tradeoffs between speed and certainty

  • Strong data comfort with dashboards and attribution basics

  • Cross-team operator that works well with Media Buying, Creative, Product, CRO, and IT

  • High ownership — moves fast, stays calm, and keeps pushing until growth shows up

  • Builder mentality, who is excited to start solo, prove impact, and grow a team over time

From 3600 Eur/month Gross (the salary may vary, according to your experience and qualifications).
