Our 18-month Graduate Program, starting in August 2026, gives you hands-on experience across our business, a structured development path, and the chance to work alongside industry experts in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Rotate across different areas of the business to gain broad, hands-on experience
• Take part in a structured development program to build your automotive knowledge and leadership skills
• Receive mentorship and guidance from senior leaders throughout the program
• Grow your professional network by connecting with colleagues across departments
• Work on team projects aimed at developing new business opportunities
• Apply what you learn to real, measurable initiatives from day one

ABOUT YOU

To be successful in this role you will be:

• A recent graduate or soon-to-be graduate with a relevant degree
• Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experience and eager to grow
• A strong communicator with good organizational skills and a real team spirit
• Fluent in Lithuanian (mandatory)
• Confident in English, at B2 level or higher
• A holder of a valid driver's license (preferred)
• Comfortable working with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
