ABOUT THE ROLE:

Whether you're based in Vilnius, you'll join forces with dedicated professionals in the banking and financial services sector, working on exciting projects focused on delivering modern, secure, and high-quality digital customer experience solutions within the Accounts & Payments domain.

As a Frontend Solution Architect, you will design and drive frontend architecture using modern technologies to ensure a seamless, secure, and accessible user experience. You will collaborate in a cross-functional agile team of customer experience professionals, business analysts, architects, developers, and product specialists. You will also contribute to the architecture community, helping shape frontend standards, best practices, and technology direction across the organization.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

• Contribute to defining and implementing the frontend architecture that drives digital customer experience and aligns with business needs and priorities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including Product Owners, Project Managers, Architects, and Developers, to define and agree on solution designs.
• Act as a trusted advisor for development teams, explaining both the why and how behind architectural decisions.
• Establish frontend design principles, standards, and best practices.
• Design scalable solutions in collaboration with Tech Leads and Senior Developers.
• Contribute to Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate ideas, technologies, and architectural approaches.
• Guide and support development teams in implementing solutions aligned with architectural standards.
• Support the delivery of projects and initiatives within a Scaled Agile environment.

WHAT WE EXPECT:

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong and demonstrable frontend development foundation (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).
• Deep knowledge of modern frontend technologies and frameworks, such as Angular, React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
• 5+ years of experience as a Frontend Solution Architect or in a similar senior frontend architecture role.
• Good understanding of UX principles, WCAG standards, and accessibility best practices.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure, OpenShift) and familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders in large organizations and navigating complex environments.
• Familiarity with both traditional waterfall project management and Scaled Agile frameworks.
• Hands-on mindset, with the ability to develop PoCs or provide technical guidance to development teams when needed.
• Fluent English. Swedish is a plus

WHAT WE OFFER:

Salary ranges (for employees in Lithuania only): 5000 - 7500 € gross (the given range is flexible and depends on your experience).
