The role:

As a FP&A Analyst, you will help drive our goals by:

• Supporting the FP&A Manager with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting, and analysis activities to enable informed decision-making and improve revenue and margin growth.
• Conducting and present financial analyses, including variance, trend, profitability, and performance reviews, to identify key drivers and areas for improvement.
• Contributing to the development and enhancement of financial models, tools, and processes, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and accounting standards.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across finance functions and respond to ad hoc queries, support continuous improvement initiatives, and travel internationally as required..

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

• BSc/BA in accounting, finance, or a related field with proven experience as a management accountant and strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Background in a similar industry with strong financial, analytical, communication, and project management skills, along with business orientation.
• Full proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and solid experience with ERP systems, financial processes, and workflow technology.
• Fluent in English with the ability to influence and build relationships, demonstrate high integrity, accuracy, proactivity, and lateral thinking.
