We’re looking for a Legal Counsel who is eager to apply their knowledge of international law, gain hands-on experience in a global IT company, and work directly with clients from all over the world.

This role is focused on working with existing clients and partners, managing and supporting agreements, and protecting the company’s intellectual property rights. You will become a key business partner, helping to resolve practical legal matters and mitigate risks.

What you will do:

  • Negotiate, draft, and review Statements of Work (SOWs), buyout agreements, assignment agreements, and other client-related contracts;
  • Conduct investigations and resolve incidents in collaboration with clients and internal teams;
  • Handle intellectual property (IP) matters, including cases of copyright infringement;
  • Evaluate vendors and perform due diligence on their contracts to ensure transparency and compliance with company standards;
  • Provide legal advice to various departments (HR, IT, Marketing) on contractual and compliance-related matters;
  • Monitor changes in international legislation that may affect our business and recommend necessary updates.

What you need to succeed in this role:

  • 2+ years of professional legal experience in commercial or technology law;
  • Possess hands-on experience in negotiating, drafting, and aligning contracts with clients and vendors;
  • Strong analytical, legal, and research skills;
  • Master's degree in law;
  • Fluent in both English and Ukrainian (spoken and written, including legal drafting);
  • Goal-oriented, ambitious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience in copyright/IP disputes;
  • Understanding of U.S. or U.K. contract law;
  • Prior experience working in product or service-based IT companies.
