Take the step towards your journey with us and join us as a EU Funding and Grants Specialist in our Innovation Funding Team in Lithuania. In this role, you'll develop compelling grant applications, coordinate funded projects, and play a key part in advancing cutting-edge technologies and solutions across various industries.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and write EU funding applications:
Analyse and understand different calls for proposals and their requirements
Gather, analyse and understand information from clients about their innovative solutions
Conduct comprehensive desktop research related to clients’ solutions, including market analysis, competitor benchmarking, customer segmentation, and industry trend identification
Develop persuasive, coherent, and well-structured project proposals, business plans, feasibility studies, and commercialisation strategies, highlighting project’s innovation, impact, and strategic alignment with funding objectives
Prepare detailed, accurate, and well-organized project budgets along with all accompanying application documents
Coordinate the implementation of EU funded projects:
Oversee the financial administration of EU funded projects, ensuring compliance with grant regulations
Closely monitor project budgets, track expenditures and ensure alignment with approved financial plans
Prepare accurate financial reports and related documentation (invoices, salary slips, time records, depreciation schedules, etc.) in compliance with the guidelines
Manage preparation, submission, and follow-up of payment requests to funding agencies
Maintain proactive and clear communication with clients and funding agencies, promptly addressing project-related queries and issues
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree and at least 1-2 years of professional experience
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Fluent in Lithuanian and English language
Excellent writing skills: business plans, scientific texts, articles, etc.
Excellent verbal communication skills: client calls, workshops, etc.
Strong administrative, organisational and time management skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Curiosity and genuine interest in innovative technologies and advancements
High attention to detail, diligence, and responsibility
Experience working with EU funding application writing would be an advantage
Basic accounting knowledge would be an advantage

€2,000 - €2,300 a month
Salary range is between 2.000 EUR gross/month and 2.300 EUR gross/month and depends on seniority of final candidate.
