As a Dynamic 365 Solution Specialist, you will help drive our goals by:
Collaborate with stakeholders to define busines, and operational system requirements.
Evaluate the effectiveness of existing systems and processes and propose enhancements.
Define scope and success metrics for systems analysis and solution implementation.
Govern and validate third-party solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
Lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Dynamics 365 Business Central
Support the design, development, and deployment of new system functionalities.
Conduct cost-benefit and ROI analyses to support business decision-making.
Ensure seamless system integration with financial and operational platforms.
Develop models, reports, and system documentation to support business functions.
Oversee testing, end-user training, and post-implementation support to ensure system quality.
Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:
Knowledge of ERP Applications:
Proven experience with Dynamics 365 Business Central
Experience in ERP system implementation and process improvement.
Technical & Analytical Skills:
Strong experience in data analysis, reporting, and automation using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
Knowledge of database operations, software standards, and data retrieval methodologies.
Ability to assess and govern third-party solutions.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to work in complex, global environments and manage competing priorities.
