As the regional expert for DRS solutions, you’ll serve as the vital link between local teams and the global product organization. You’ll translate market needs into actionable insights, guide the product through its lifecycle, and ensure ongoing alignment between regional priorities and global goals. Your work will directly contribute to product innovation, operational excellence, and meaningful market impact.
Key Responsibilities
Product Expertise & Market Alignment
Serve as the subject matter expert on DRS solutions in your market
Ensure products meet local regulations, customer expectations, and market needs
Cross-functional Collaboration
Act as the primary liaison between local teams and the global product organization
Maintain alignment on strategy, priorities, and execution across regions
Market Insights & Requirements Translation
Gather and analyze market feedback, regulatory changes, and customer insights
Translate findings into clear product requirements and improvement opportunities
Product Lifecycle Management
Guide the product from launch through continuous optimization
Maintain alignment with global product strategy while addressing local needs
Manage local partners and suppliers throughout the full product lifecycle and servicing
Stakeholder Engagement
Facilitate regular feedback loops between local and global teams
Identify challenges early and drive collaborative solutions
Performance Tracking & Reporting
Monitor product performance using key metrics
Provide actionable recommendations to support market growth and product evolution
What we are looking for
Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience
Deep Product Knowledge – Expertise in DRS solutions, with the ability to translate technical specifications into actionable insights locally
Cross-Functional Collaboration – Strong ability to work effectively across teams, ensuring alignment between local and global stakeholders
Market Insight and Analysis – Ability to gather and interpret market data, customer feedback, and regulatory requirements to inform product development.
Project Management Skills – Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage product lifecycle stages, from localization to ongoing improvements.
Strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Additional Requirements:
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed – once per month.
