Job Description :

We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Media Buyer to join our digital marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns across major digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with client-facing teams to drive measurable results, ensure efficient media spend, and deliver high-impact digital campaigns for our clients.
This position is ideal for someone who is analytical, performance-driven, deeply familiar with digital media platforms, and comfortable owning campaigns end-to-end.

Key Responsibilities

Media Planning & Strategy

• Develop strategic digital media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Recommend channel mix, budget allocation, flighting, and targeting strategies.
• Conduct competitive research, audience analysis, and platform assessment.

Campaign Execution & Optimization

• Build and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as:
  * Meta Ads
  * Google Ads
  * Programmatic (DV360, Adform)
  * TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest (as relevant)
  * Local media channels
• Monitor pacing, budget utilization, and delivery.
• Continuously optimize campaigns to improve key metrics.

Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports.
• Deliver insights, trends, and actionable recommendations to internal teams and clients.
• Use tools such as Google Analytics, Whatagraph and platform dashboards to track performance.

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in digital media buying at an agency or in-house marketing team.
• Strong proficiency in:
  * Meta Ads
  * Google Ads
  * Programmatic DSPs (DV360, Adform) — a plus
• Solid understanding of tracking, attribution, and tag management (e.g., GA4, GTM).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple campaigns, clients, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset.
