Summary
We are looking for a Digital Activator for the Fibre Cement Platform who will play a key supporting role in the execution and optimization of our digital marketing activities across multiple countries and brands. Your focus will be on activating digital strategies, ensuring smooth and efficient operations. This role involves close collaboration with local Brand Managers, the Social Media and Ads Manager, and global digital teams
What you'll do
- Website & Content Management
Update and integrate website content
- Provide digital support related to website management and content publishing.
- Configure campaign landing pages in line with marketing objectives.
- Test newly developed functionalities to ensure quality and usability.
- Social Media
Support with the preparation of digital assets for social media.
- Implement and maintain a regular social media publishing schedule.
- Report on and measure social media performance (ROI & KPIs) together with local Brand Managers
Paid Advertising
- Assist in the preparation of digital assets for various marketing campaigns together with local Brand Managers
- Track and measure the effectiveness (ROI & KPIs) of digital campaigns together with our Paid Advertising Team and local Brand Managers
SEO
- Implement SEO recommendations and monitor their performance.
Email Marketing & Automation
- Support with email set up, automated flows, nurture campaigns, and tracking parameters (UTMs).
- Report on marketing automation activity and performance.
Data, Reporting & Governance
- Create and maintain high-level dashboards to track digital performance.
- Perform data validation and testing for accuracy.
- Support preparation and setup of CSAT and NPS surveys.
- Implement and maintain digital governance standards and practices.
- Generate QR codes for campaigns and tracking purposes.
- Support with Competitor Analysis and Benchmarking together with our central team
What you'll bring
- Experience in digital marketing, with exposure to multiple digital channels.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and other performance tracking tools.
- Basic CMS experience (e.g., editing, publishing, testing).
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms and UTM tracking.
- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
- Experience with social media management platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Hootsuite, or similar).
- Knowledge of dashboarding tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio) is an advantage.
- Data-driven thinker with solid analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in international teams.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); other European languages are a plus.
- Strong communication and time management skills.
- Proactive, structured, and eager to learn and share ideas.
- Adaptable to changing digital environments and business priorities.

Salary range: 2800-3500 €/mon. gross. The specific salary depends on the candidate's work experience, skills, competencies.
