Device Lifecycle Management Specialist

At COWI, everything we do aims to shape a sustainable and liveable world. To make a tangible impact on seamless IT service delivery and digital transformation, we are looking for a Device Lifecycle Management Specialist to join our team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Prepare, update, and automate reports (e.g., KPIs, dashboards) to provide insights for service improvements and management.
  • Process and evaluate non-standard IT hardware equipment orders in ServiceNow and vendor internal site
  • Troubleshoot and resolve incidents related to Device Lifecycle Management
  • Maintain CMDB asset data integrity by running data quality checks, identifying discrepancies, and supporting lifecycle data updates in ServiceNow.
  • Handle daily rollout PC request processing
  • Support day-to-day Device Lifecycle Management tasks, e.g., order approvals, refurb program updates, and workflow support in accordance with DLM RACI.

On top of that you will have:

  • Attention to detail and a structured, analytical mindset.
  • Good data analysis skills: comfortable working with numbers, identifying trends, and preparing clear reports.
  • Familiarity with Excel or similar tools; willingness to learn reporting software (PowerBI, ServiceNow, etc.).
  • Basic knowledge of IT, asset management, or willingness to learn these fields.
  • Organized and proactive communication/documentation habits.
  • Fluent in English (both written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and willing to fit into a supportive and dynamic team environment.
  • Knowledge of IT hardware and computer components is considered a benefit

Salary for this position starts from 2400  to 3200  EUR before taxes. We believe in your professional capability; therefore, the final offer will be based on your skills and experience.
