About the Team & Business Line
Citco Bank provides fully integrated transaction, deposit, foreign exchange and credit facilities to our Fund Services and Governance Services clients. Operating in strategic global centers Citco Bank provides access to best of breed process and technology.
As a member of our Depositary team, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams to provide international investment managers with comprehensive custody and banking services to meet their alternative investment strategies.
Your Role:
- Establish and maintain appropriate control environments to ensure fulfilment of depositary obligations.
- Ensure adherence to all policies & procedures.
- Supervise all cash flow monitoring related matters of the Depositary Department.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure error/breaches are recorded and resolved in a timely manner, as well as ensure prompt escalation to management of any issues.
- Work with clients to resolve queries and escalate any issues, building client relationships.
- Provide weekly departmental reporting to management, as well as assist in the preparation of quarterly board reports.
- Assist with compilation of material for SOC testing, reviews and annual audit.
- Assist with training, development and motivation of the team to ensure a positive working environment.
- You will have the opportunity to Identify and propose procedural enhancements, as well as assist in the implementation of process improvement initiatives for efficiency.
About You:
- Third-level qualification in Business, Finance, Law, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in depositary services within the funds industry.
- Demonstrate knowledge of Real Estate, Infrastructure, Loan funds, Fund-of-funds, Private Equity and their operational requirements.
- Proven experience in supervising and motivating a team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Strong knowledge of depositary obligations and investment compliance.
- Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks, policies, and procedures within the funds industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and manage client relationships.
- Experience in preparing management and board-level reports, with the ability to identify, escalate, and resolve errors or breaches in a timely manner.
Salary Ranges
2500 - 3330 EUR GROSS
