You’ve probably seen similar job ads before, right? But for us, a Customer Service and Sales Specialist is much more than just a salesperson. We’re looking for someone who is tech-savvy, passionate about helping others find great deals (maybe even the best ones), and, of course, a cool and engaging person.

What will you do?

• Consult and provide recommendations on our services to help customers make the best decisions.
• Evaluate items and manage pawn loan agreements like a pro.
• Update product listings and assist in maintaining our online store.
• Ensure the store is clean, organized, and running smoothly.
• Create an inviting atmosphere that appeals not just to you but also to our customers.

What do we expect from you?

• Ability to provide excellent customer service and sell products in Lithuanian. If you can also do this in Russian and/or English, that’s a big plus!
• Experience in sales or customer service is a significant advantage.
