We are looking for Customer Experience Support Administrators (m/f/d) – to support our growth

Location: Vilnius – central city location

Training: The CX Manager will be ensuring onboarding and training locally, and additional support will be provided on a remote basis from our customer Service in Germany and France

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the CX Manager , you will be working hand in hand with our account specialists in Europe, sales, planning , finance, and logistics- depending on the subject and processes involved.
  • Wide range of administrative tasks to support orders and related activities – for example : Respond to inquiries within existing guidelines (price lists, quotation guides, price specifications of the Sales Team) ; Organize and process sample requests; Process incoming customer orders and implement delivery schedules based on correct price and materials; Manage the booked order up to delivery, and express shipments ; handle customer complaints, error samples , and returns according to internal guidelines. Clarification of deductions / price differences
  • Coordination of surveys, questionnaires, score cards and PCN (product change notification).
  • Customer set-up, global compliance activity, pricing reviews/changes as needed.
  • Special Projects/Requests
  • Support of Credit & Collections
  • Cross Training for other Support Roles

What you will bring along

  • Higher education degree, a technical degree is not necessary
  • Previous experience in operations or back office (2-3 years ) - experience in order handling and B2B industry would be beneficial
  • Understanding of company’s objectives and how you can contribute to the company’s growth
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Knowledge of SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) would be a real advantage
  • Solid Microsoft Excel skills
  • LEAN/Six Sigma Lean Practitioner Certification would be a plus, but not a must
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask with great attention to detail
  • Ability to clearly document procedures
  • Interest in receiving training for support of further commercial processes

Remuneration: The salary for this position starts from 2166 EUR gross monthly and the final offer will depend on candidate's experience and skills
