OUR CLIENT - Paytend Europe, UAB as a cutting-edge Fintech company, is committed to provide convenient and efficient financial services to customers worldwide. Leveraging on the wide-reaching settlement network in Europe and China, Paytend Europe plan to expand global payment network and to offer to its clients a secure and reliable way to manage their money.
Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding & Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience while helping them fully understand Paytend’s offerings;
- Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, managing their accounts, and providing tailored solutions to meet their needs;
- Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships;
- Issue Resolution: Address any customer issues, inquiries, or concerns promptly and effectively, escalating when necessary to the appropriate internal teams;
- Product Education & Upselling: Educate clients on Paytend’s products and services, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant solutions;
- Monitoring & Reporting: Regularly monitor client account activities and usage, ensuring that clients are maximizing the value of Paytend’s services;
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and product teams to improve the customer experience;
- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure that client accounts are in compliance with Paytend’s policies and regulatory requirements;
- Assist with risk management and resolve any compliance-related issues.
Requirements
- Around 5 years experience in account management, customer success, or related roles within the financial services or fintech industry;
- Strong knowledge of payment solutions, financial services, or corporate banking products;
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship management skills;
- Ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to ensure their success;
- Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention;
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus for international clients);
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in the financial services industry is preferred.
