We’re looking for a CRO UX Designer to turn data and creativity into measurable growth. You’ll analyze user behavior, design and test experiences, and optimize every step of the customer journey. Working closely with marketing and analytics, you’ll turn insights into impact — creating digital experiences that truly convert.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to set strategic visions for optimization, customer research, and A/B testing roadmaps.
• Use qualitative and quantitative data sources to analyze user behavior and provide data-driven recommendations to increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Identify problems in our digital customer journeys and propose solutions based on user-centered insights and A/B testing.
• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback, usability testing results, and performance metrics, refining and improving the user experience over time.
• Conduct audits of websites, landing pages, and funnels to assess strengths and weaknesses, providing actionable insights to improve UX and conversion rates.
• Validate visual designs and copywriting, turning learnings into high-converting copy and mockups.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content, development, analytics, and marketing to drive optimization efforts forward.
• Mentor junior team members, providing support and guidance to foster their growth and development.
• Present findings and recommendations at company-wide knowledge-sharing sessions.

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• 3+ years of experience in UX/UI design, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of user psychology, UX principles, and research methodologies.
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma or similar.
•  Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and A/B testing.
• Ability to translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing designs.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
• Familiarity with web technologies and best practices.
• Familiarity with performance-driven design, including A/B testing, analytics tools, and data-informed decision-making.
