Join the COD and Country Management team, where you’ll manage COD payments and boost overall growth and performance across countries—regardless of payment method. We're looking for a Country Manager to take full ownership of their market and drive faster-than-company growth through experimentation and optimization.

Here’s what your journey could look like:

  • Own and grow assigned market(s), driving revenue growth faster than the overall company performance

  • Adapt and localize proven strategies to fit local market needs

  • Test and optimize market-specific changes (e.g., offers, messaging, funnel elements) to improve performance

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to localize and optimize the sales funnel for each market

  • Identify growth opportunities and bring new ideas from an e-commerce perspective

  • Advocate for your market internally by building strong, data-driven business cases

  • Collaborate with Business Development to expand and scale local market performance

  • Partner with Performance Creative and Media Buying teams to improve content quality and campaign results

  • Develop and execute a clear market strategy aligned with overall company goals

Your part in the bigger picture:

  • Experience in e-commerce or online sales

  • Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and align multiple stakeholders

  • Proactive and outgoing personality, with the ability to influence and “sell” ideas internally

  • Understanding of performance marketing fundamentals (e.g., conversion rate, CTA, funnels)

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work both independently and collaboratively

  • Experience working with or expanding into different markets (a plus)

From 2600 to 3300 Eur/month (gross), depending on individual experience.
