Join our Corporate Systems Support team, where you will help develop, maintain, and support the IntelliMatch (FIS) application along with other core corporate financial systems. In this role, you will play a key part in enhancing system functionality to meet new business needs and global expansion, administering security across settlement and financial platforms, and supporting the critical month‑end close process for Western Union’s financial reporting.
Role Responsibilities
Provide operational support for IntelliMatch reconciliation systems and other corporate financial platforms, including root cause analysis, incident management, alert monitoring, and failure investigation.
Administer security across various settlement and financial systems and support the month‑end close process for Western Union financials.
Participate in and deliver system enhancements, upgrades, and other system-related projects.
Collaborate with and support both third‑party service providers and global system users.
Role Requirements
Academic background or equivalent experience in Information Systems, Mathematics, Statistics, Process/Industrial Engineering, or a related field; additional education or experience in Economics or Accounting is a plus.
Experience with ticketing systems is preferred.
Previous experience supporting financial or corporate systems.
Basic SQL skills, including daily use of SQL and Excel, and the ability to read SQL scripts.
Experience with IntelliMatch and other corporate financial applications.
Knowledge of business process mapping and project requirements definition is desirable, enabling participation in strategic initiatives (e.g., stablecoin programs, integration of acquired companies, and other key initiatives aligned with IntelliMatch).
High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain accuracy under pressure.
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in English across diverse teams.

Salary
The monthly gross base salary range is 2,314 – 3,391 EUR. This range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. This role is also eligible for an annual variable target incentive (which may include long-term incentives, if eligible) that aligns with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
