We’re currently looking for Controls Hardware Engineer to join our team in Lithuania. This is a key role focused on designing and delivering compliant, high-quality electrical systems that drive our innovative automated solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for selecting and applying control devices, documenting their operational functionality, and creating clear, detailed drawing packages for electrical installation and assembly manufacturing.

The monthly pay range for this role is estimated to be €2900-4300 gross (final compensation will be determined based on your competencies and experience).

Tasks and Qualifications:

What will you do in this role?

  • Interpret design input information to produce control system designs.

  • Ensure systems designed and supplied are CE Compliant to the Machinery Directive.

  • Produce design and manufacturing programmes.

  • Produce all associated documentation including, but not limited to, design calculations, design specifications, operation and maintenance manuals, and test specifications.

  • Design and produce electrical layout and schematic drawings using appropriate CAD tools.

  • Procurement of electrical control panels and installation services; and liaise with suppliers on technical matters.

  • Liaise and provide technical information to respective internal teams such as electrical installation supervisors, subcontractors, Project Sales, Project Engineers, Project Managers, Purchasing Department etc.

  • Provide technical backup to the service team as required, including bug fixes, enhancements, and modifications.

What are we looking for?

  • Proven experience as Controls Hardware Engineer, Electrical Design Engineer or a similar role.

  • Educated to degree level (Bachelor’s degree or higher) in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Extensive proven hands-on experience working within an industrial automation environment.

  • Experience working with E-Plan, AutoCAD, MS Package.

  • A working understanding of Electrical and Electronic technical manuals & drawings.

  • Good understanding of distributed control systems and the principles of industrial networks used to connect and integrate control systems. ​

  • Understanding and use of relevant design requirements such as the Machinery Directive and its harmonised standards, with experience in FEM and BS standards preferred.

  • Willingness to travel internationally to customer sites or other office locations for up to 20% of the time.

  • Full working proficiency in English.

  • Hold a valid driving license.
