Main Responsibilities

    • Drive compensation and benefits strategy in the company, ensuring fairness andΒ market alignment.
    • Analyze internal salary data and benchmark against compensation surveys and other sources to establish competitive salary ranges for all roles.
    • Design and maintain salary frameworks.
    • Partner with managers to provide strategic compensation guidance and support decision-making.
    • Support the implementation and administration of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
    • Design, implement, and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness initiatives, and additional perks.
    • Evaluate and enhance benefits offerings based on market trends, employee feedback, and cost-effectiveness.
    • Work closely with People Team members to align compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives.

Core Requirements

    • Proven experience in compensation and benefits management, preferably across multiple countries.
    • Strong ability to manage and drive complex projects simultaneously.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Passion for processes improvement and optimisation.
    • Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
    • Fluency in English.

Salary Range

    • Gross Salary 3400- 5600 EUR/Month.
