Commercial Specialist

We’re looking for a Commercial Specialist to join us at Telia.
 

I’m Indrė Lingienė, Head of Connectivity, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on shaping telco service strategy, pricing, and go-to-market plans that drive revenue growth. With over 700k B2C customers, we operate in mobile connectivity, broadband and value-added services—guided by market trends, competition insights, and strong business cases.
 

What you’ll do:

as a Commercial Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting our Pricing Managers with operational, analytical, and commercial tasks that help bring our products and offers to market.

• Prepare and manage documentation required for pricing decisions, approvals, and offer / campaign implementation.
• Contribute to go‑to‑market activities by coordinating materials and information flows.
• Assist in various commercial or project tasks.
• Support problem-solving across pricing, offer configuration, commercial initiatives, and customer-impacting issues.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, billing, IT, legal, sales and customer care channels to ensure smooth cross‑functional execution.

• A degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Management, or a related field.
• Ability to manage and organize information, documentation, and processes with precision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with multiple departments.
• Diligence, reliability, and a high level of attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly, handle multiple tasks, and stay structured in a dynamic environment.
• Solid skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluency in Lithuanian and English.

Monthly salary range for this position – 2200 – 2600 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
