About the Team & Business Line

Lead onboarding of new Private Equity clients onto Citco technology platforms, specializing in fund structures, system setup, and accounting methodology while participating in firm-wide initiatives and industry thought leadership.

Your Role:

• Onboarding PE clients to Citco technology platforms and reviewing fund legal documents.
• Implementing comprehensive data migration including detailed analysis, chart of accounts mapping, and system uploads.
• Executing system automations for subsequent closings and partner transfers.
• Preparing reconciliations with published financial statements and investor statements.
• Leading data migration between internal/external systems and developing custom solutions.
• Contributing to development and testing of Citco's technology platform.
• Supporting multiple time zones during large projects as part of global conversion team.
• Demonstrating leadership in coaching team members and managing client relationships.
• Participating in Proof of Concept and RFP assistance.
• Drafting task performance procedures and operational memorandums.

About You:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Economics.
• 3+ years managing teams of accountants, senior analysts, and supervisors.
• Strong project management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:

• CPA or CFA certification.
• Private Equity experience.
• Asset management industry client servicing experience.

• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.

   

Salary Ranges

 3000 - 4000 EUR GROSS
