About the role

We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on Client Director to lead key client relationships and manage a team of digital project managers. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their marketing goals are translated into effective digital strategies and high-quality campaign delivery.

This is a maternity cover role that offers the opportunity to join our team, with the potential to continue with us longer term.

What you’ll do

• Manage and grow relationships with key clients, acting as their strategic partner.

• Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns.

• Present insights, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to clients.

• Lead and mentor a team of Digital Project Managers.

• Identify growth opportunities and contribute to new business initiatives.

What we’re looking for

• Experience in digital marketing, project management, or client leadership roles.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (media, social, SEO, analytics).

• Excellent client communication and presentation skills.

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.

• Strategic mindset combined with strong organizational skills.
