About the Team & Business Line

As part of our experienced and dynamic CFS Platform Support team, you will be working with some of the industry’s most accomplished professionals to deliver high level Internal Project Management service. You will become a part of Citco Vilnius Internship Program 2026 and will work together with the team under supervision of senior colleagues. This role will suit engaged, customer-oriented and eager to learn individuals who wish to develop and realize their potential within Citco.

Your Role:

• Gather, document and validate business requirements from various Accounting and IT Teams.
• Assist in analyzing current workflows and process associated with the reporting process.
• Support the design of improved workflows and data models for digital reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to map business needs to system and Workiva Platform.
• Contribute to data validation, testing and documentation of new processes and tool as needed.
• Develop process flow diagrams, user stories and requirements in JIRA.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports and dashboards to communicate progress to stakeholders as needed.

About you:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good English language skills.
• Eager to learning new things.
• Energetic with a “can do” attitude.
• Proactive, team-oriented and results driven.
• Experience/Will to learn AI tools.

Salary

1153 EUR GROSS
