CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
What will you be doing?
- Develop and implement an effective compliance management system.
- Ensure policies and procedures meet regulatory requirements.
- Perform audits, assessments, and reviews.
- Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks.
- Monitor legislative changes and recommend compliance measures.
- Interpret and communicate regulatory requirements to stakeholders.
- Liaise with the relevant external bodies.
- Enhance employees' compliance knowledge; advise other departments.
- Collaborate with risk management and business units.
- Develop and implement crisis management plans related to compliance.
- Stay current on local and international banking regulations.
What will help you succeed?
- 5+ years of compliance experience with a focus on banking or fintech.
- A master's degree in law (other similar education may also be considered).
- Experience in developing and implementing compliance management system.
- Proficiency in banking or fintech regulations.
- Proficient in interpreting audit observations and assessing the potential business impact of various courses of action.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work proactivity and independently.
- Confidence in making decisions and working in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Lithuanian.
