Ieškome Lėšų valdymo specialisto mūsų Baltijos komandai. Šioje pozicijoje jums reikės stebėti grynųjų pinigų prieinamumą bankomatuose, rengti grynųjų pinigų poreikio prognozes klientų aptarnavimui ir sudaryti planus kasdieniam bankomatų papildymui. Taip pat reikės paruošti ataskaitas apskaitai, suderinimui ir valdymui. Būdami klientų aptarnavimo komandos nariu, dalyvausite klientų užklausų ir ginčų sprendime.

We’re looking to hire a Cash Management Specialist for our Baltics team. In this role, you will monitor cash availability in ATMs, prepare the forecast of cash demand for the customers’ service, and make the plans for daily ATM replenishments. The consequent part of mentioned activities is the reports you will prepare for accounting, alignment, and management purposes. As a member of the customer service delivery team, you’ll take part in customers' inquiries and dispute resolution.

We don’t expect you to be an expert in payments, but previous experience in finance is an advantage. Open to change and willing to learn? Great! We can’t wait to hear more from you.

You will be joining a team of 9 teammates who are working within the Baltics.

​Atsakomybės / Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Grynųjų pinigų likučių sekimas bankomatuose ir CIT įmonių saugyklose
• Grynųjų pinigų poreikio prognozavimas bankomatų papildymui
• Kasdieninių užsakymų ruošimas CIT įmonei grynųjų pinigų pakrovimams/iškrovimams
• Bankomatų veikimo užtikrinimas, susijęs su grynųjų pinigų prieinamumu
• Kasdieninių grynųjų pinigų judėjimo ataskaitų ruošimas
• Gautų kortelių savininkų ginčų nagrinėjimas
• Užduočių atlikimas laikantis nustatytų terminų
• Bankomatų instaliavimo, perkėlimo ir išmontavimo organizavimas ir kontrolė
• Bankomatų sąrašų atnaujinimas, duomenų tęstinumo kontrolė, persiuntimas klientams

• Monitor cash balances in ATMs and CIT companies‘ vaults
• Forecast the cash demand for cash loading into ATMs
• Make daily orders to CIT company for cash loading/unloading
• Ensure the uptime of the ATMs in respect of cash availability
• Prepare daily reports of cash movements
• Perform the investigation of the transactions for the cardholder‘s disputes resolution
• Task completion within set deadlines
• ATM installations, replacements, removals arrangements and control
• ATM lists maintenance, correctness assurance and sharing with clients

• Patirtis dirbant su finansiniais duomenimis naudojant „Microsoft Office“
• Patirtis finansų/duomenų analizės srityse arba išsilavinimas finansų/apskaitos/ekonomikos srityse
• Puikūs lietuvių ir anglų kalbų įgūdžiai
• Rusų kalbos mokėjimas – privalumas
• Patikimumas ir tikslumas
• Stiprūs komunikacijos įgūdžiai ir gebėjimas dirbti komandoje
• B kategorijos vairuotojo pažymėjimas

• Proven experience working with financial data using „Microsoft Office“ products and dedicated tools
• Experience in finance/data analytics roles or educational background in finances/accounting/economics
• Full working proficiency in Lithuanian and English
• Russian language skills as an advantage
• Reliability and precision
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• B Category driving license
