CapitalBox, part of the international FinTech group Multitude, provides fast and flexible financing to SMEs across Europe. We are looking for a proactive, commercially minded sales professional to join our Lithuanian team and help local businesses access the financing they need to grow.
As a Loan Officer in our company, you will work directly with SME owners and decision-makers, understand their needs, recommend suitable financing solutions and support them from the first conversation through approval and funding.
What you will do:
Understand clients’ businesses and financing needs in cooperation with our Direct Sales team.
Recommend suitable solutions from the CapitalBox product portfolio.
Identify financing opportunities among new and existing clients.
Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and business partners.
Prepare clear, data-driven credit proposals aligned with responsible lending principles.
Present and discuss financing cases with Commercial, Risk and other stakeholders.
Support clients throughout their financing journey, including with existing loans.
Collaborate with Sales, Operations and Risk to ensure a smooth client experience.
What we are looking for:
Experience in banking, financing, FinTech, B2B financial services or a similar commercial environment.
Experience in SME or corporate lending is a strong advantage.
A proactive sales mindset and the ability to understand client needs, recommend solutions and negotiate confidently.
Strong relationship-building skills and personal ownership.
An analytical, self-driven approach and the ability to succeed in a fast-moving environment.
Professional Lithuanian and strong English.
