Salary: 3300 - 4100 EUR/month gross (before tax) based on your skills and experience, plus a performance‑based bonus system with potential to double your base salary or more.  

Schedule: 1 FTE (40 hours/week).

Location: Lithuania (hybrid). Since our company HQ is located in Vilnius and we value fostering a strong team culture, candidates located in Vilnius district are expected to work on-site 4 days per week (Friday optional) during the trial period to build stronger connections and collaboration within the team.

What you'll be doing

You’ll focus on selling financial service packages to international clients by leveraging your strong network of finance leaders and tax professionals. Your day will involve identifying new business opportunities through events and referrals, preparing tailored proposals in collaboration with our finance team, and building long-term client relationships. You’ll guide clients through onboarding, track your pipeline and revenue in the CRM, and stay proactive in managing complex, consultative sales cycles.

How you'll spend your day

  • Representing Baltic Assist’s financial and accounting service solutions to international clients.
  • Leveraging your existing network of CFOs, finance directors, tax managers, and other finance leaders to create meaningful business opportunities.
  • Identifying new prospects through events, referrals, and professional communities.
  • Collaborating with our finance experts to prepare tailored proposals, scopes, and commercial offers.
  • Leading client conversations, negotiating agreements, and supporting the onboarding process.
  • Managing your pipeline and revenue forecasts in CRM.
  • Sharing market insights to help shape and improve our service offerings.

You'll be successful if you have  

  • A strong background in business development with the ability to advise and support clients on finance‑related matters.
  • Experience in proposal preparation or closing processes, such as contributing to scopes, explaining service options, or helping shape finance-related offerings.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical finance concepts into clear, customer‑friendly language.
  • A goal‑oriented mindset and comfort working in an environment where client development, long‑term relationships, and structured processes are important.
