• Formulate transfection reagents.
• Monitor and manage raw material inventory, ensuring timely orders.
• Maintain and troubleshoot equipment, recording any malfunctions promptly.
• Accurately fill out, update, and prepare technological documentation in a timely manner.
• Ensure that products are manufactured on schedule and data is entered into the E1 system on time.
• Collaborate with the Research and Development (R&D) department to develop and improve product technologies.
• Participate in manufacturing process validations as needed.
• Report any non-standard situations immediately to the direct supervisor or senior special

Keys to Success:

Education

• High university education in biochemistry, chemistry, molecular biology, bioengineering, biology, or a related field.

Experience:

• At least one year of experience in a chemistry laboratory.
• Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., E1) is an advantage.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

• Proficiency in Lithuanian and English languages
• Computer literacy, particularly MS Office.
• Knowledge of hazardous chemicals.
• Understanding of principles and rules for working in a controlled environment is an advantage.

Compensation

The monthly salary range estimated for this position based in Lithuania is €1 983,33–€2 970,83.
