I’m Marius Dulka, Head of B2B ICT Sales Solutions Division at Telia Lietuva and I’m currently looking for a proactive and tech-savvy B2G/B2B IT Project Sales Manager to join my team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing complex IT project sales opportunities for public and private sectors clients across Lithuania.

As a B2G/B2B IT Project Sales Manager, you’ll…

… be responsible for identifying and pursuing new B2G/B2B IT project opportunities across both segments, while managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting and needs analysis through proposal development, negotiation, and closing. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Sales Managers, Product Owners, IT Architects, Project Managers, Legal Advisors, and Public Procurement Experts, to design and deliver tailored IT solutions aligned with client needs and technical requirements. Additionally, you will represent Telia Lietuva in client meetings, tenders, and industry events, while staying up to date with the latest IT market trends in areas such as cloud, cybersecurity, infrastructure, and managed services.

Who we are looking for

The suitable candidate has prior experience in B2G and B2B IT sales or project-based solution selling, strong understanding of public procurement processes and RFPs, and confidence in engaging with C-level stakeholders and decision-makers. The suitable candidate will have solid communication and negotiation skills, fluency in Lithuanian and solid English, and hold a valid Category B driver’s license. Additional advantages include knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks, as well as a technical background or relevant IT certifications.

Monthly salary range for this position: 3500 – 4500Eur before tax deduction plus quarterly bonuses, depending on results achieved.
