You will join our Performance Marketing Team, which isn’t about vanity metrics. It is about managing media and growing partnerships that drive influence and revenue. As our B2B Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll own the full lifecycle - from outreach to optimization - crafting high-impact campaigns with affiliate partners, bloggers, YouTubers, and other thought leaders who influence decision-makers in the tech space.

Your day-to-day:

    • Owning our B2B influencer and affiliate strategy from identification to execution.
    • Leading affiliate partnerships that drive ROAS and increase customer LTV.
    • Analysing key partnerships and reporting: who’s delivering, who’s not, and why.
    • Using tools like SimilarWeb, Ahrefs, GA4, or vidIQ to spot trends, optimize content, and drive measurable impact.
    • Creating compelling landing pages to drive performance and ensure smooth UX
    • A/B testing to optimize messaging, platforms, and content formats.
    • Collaborate with product marketing, content, PR, and SEO teams on joint initiatives.
    • Stay up-to-date with industry news and partake in knowledge sharing.

Your skills & experiences:

    • 2+ years in digital marketing, affiliates marketing, partnerships marketing, or similar.
    • Fluency in written and spoken English.
    • Analytical mindset with a creative edge - you love digging into data and making it actionable.
    • Enthusiastic about working with creators on LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms.
    • Confident managing budgets, negotiating deals, and holding partners accountable.
    • Tech-oriented - you know (or eager to learn) how to use martech to optimize your work and generate performance.

    • Nice to have:
    • Experience in tech or SaaS industries with managing B2B partnerships would be a big plus.

Salary & Work Benefits Package:

    • Gross salary: 2500 - 4000 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
