We are Baltic Assist, an outsourcing company specializing in innovative remote career solutions. We provide exciting opportunities on a global level, fostering long-term cooperation between top talent and our partners. By cultivating a desirable environment, our people are empowered to excel and engage with a community of diverse professionals. With a commitment to efficiency and innovation, Baltic Assist aims to be the go-to choice for seeking rewarding careers.

What you'll be doing

Join a growing software company that helps businesses streamline operations, improve efficiency, and achieve sustainable growth through digitalisation, ERP, integrations, and IT solutions.

You'll become the hands-on marketing executor in a growing team, working closely with our external GTM Strategist and company leadership. The strategy and positioning will be provided — your role will be to turn that strategy into compelling content, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing execution.

You'll need to understand our products and target audience, translate complex software topics into clear and engaging communication, and continuously test and improve what we put into the market.

This is an individual contributor role. We're looking for someone who enjoys doing the work themselves — researching, writing, creating, publishing, analysing, and improving — rather than primarily coordinating other people or agencies.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Create content and copy: Develop clear, engaging marketing content across social media, website, email, and other relevant channels.
  • Plan and execute campaigns: Turn marketing priorities into content calendars and campaigns, including Google Ads and LinkedIn advertising.
  • Understand the product: Learn our technical products and translate complex topics into simple, relevant content for our target audience.
  • Support the digital presence: Contribute to website content, landing pages, founder/team personal branding, and other marketing initiatives.
  • Analyse and improve: Monitor content and campaign performance and continuously improve your approach based on results and feedback.

You'll be successful if you have

  • Strong content creation and copywriting skills;
  • Experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn advertising;
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative;
  • Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with limited structure;
  • Experience planning and executing content calendars;
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken);
  • Ability to understand technical products and translate them into clear marketing content.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, technology, or agency environments;
  • Experience supporting founder or team personal branding;
  • Experience managing website content and landing pages;
  • Experience with marketing automation tools;
  • Experience with video content, podcasts, or multimedia content creation;
  • Experience with B2B marketing.

What we offer

  • Flexible work options, including a hybrid work model, to help you thrive in your career while maintaining a healthy work-life balance;
  • The opportunity to work with an international client and contribute directly to their growth and marketing success;
  • One fully paid sick day per quarter after the probation period to support you in emergency situations;
  • The opportunity to work from abroad after the probation period;
  • Excellent resources and opportunities for personal and professional development;
  • Company-wide events and monthly team-building activities to foster collaboration and connection;
  • A modern office space located in one of Vilnius' top business centres, with a shared car parking system
