About the team

As a key operational partner within the Talent team, you will drive Mambu’s global growth by ensuring the seamless execution of learning systems, onboarding experiences, and talent reporting. Working closely with the Senior Talent Manager and cross-functional teams like Sales Enablement and Talent Development, you will maintain data accuracy and program organization while gaining high-level visibility into major people-growth initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape scalable global operations and advance your own career in talent development within a high-performing, values-driven environment.

Programme Planning, Operations & Reporting

• End-to-End Program Logistics: Coordinate global planning, communications, and scheduling for learning and performance activities, including the management of workshop materials and enrollments.
• Systems & Content Ownership: Oversee the seamless operation of internal talent platforms and content, specifically Mambu Academy, Coursera, and SAP Talent.
• Central Operational Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for all program timelines, learner data, and inquiries to ensure consistent stakeholder alignment.

Learning Systems, Data & Reporting

• Data-Driven Insights: Track engagement and completion metrics to produce clear reports that drive continuous improvement and operational effectiveness.
• System & Record Management: Maintain robust documentation and record-keeping for all learning activities to ensure data accuracy and audit readiness.
• Vendor & Process Oversight: Manage external providers and facilitators by handling scheduling, contract administration, and end-to-end invoice processing.

Onboarding

• End-to-End Onboarding: Manage global onboarding operations and cross-functional logistics to ensure readiness and a high-quality experience for every new hire.
• Commercial Support: Drive commercial onboarding delivery by monitoring participation and maintaining up-to-date resources and materials.
• Process Optimization: Identify and implement opportunities to streamline workflows and enhance onboarding quality as the organization scales globally.

Team Support & Collaboration

• Direct team enquiries efficiently and connect colleagues with the right support.
• Work closely with Talent Development and Sales Enablement partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.
• Improve tools, workflows and documentation to boost efficiency and consistency.
  Support external audit and Works Council requirements with accurate data and programme evidence.

• Experience coordinating learning or talent initiatives within HR, Talent or L&D.
• Strong digital capability with learning and HR systems (LMS, Coursera or SAP Talent desirable).
• Solid data mindset with the ability to interpret insights and share meaningful reports.
• Outstanding organisational skills relating to  stakeholders, priorities and timelines.
• Confident communication, building trust and clarity in a global environment.
• Proactive, collaborative and comfortable working independently.

• The base salary for this position is €3330 gross (before taxes) monthly.
