LOCATION: Vilnius, Lithuania

HYBRID MODEL: 3 days a week in the office

SALARY: 2100-2300 EUR (gross, monthly)

FULL TIME, PERMANENT ROLE

We’re on the hunt for an Associate Client Onboarding Specialist to be a key player in our Vilnius team. You’ll be the gatekeeper for new clients looking to share press releases through our platform - think of yourself as a mix of a detective and a quality control wizard 🕵️✨

Your mission will be to vet and approve new client applications, support our sales team by onboarding clients they've brought in and work closely with teams across the company - including Sales, Editorial, and Finance - to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

• Perform account research on organizations who are looking to do business within the product line of business.
• Setting up any new approved account applications on our various platforms. 
• Act as main point of contact for prospects until their account is approved. 
• Communicate clearly with prospects via phone and email.
• Embrace collaborating with teammates. 
• Ability to work occasional overtime during high volume periods. 
• Ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are met regarding account research and account activation.  
• Participate in and lead additional projects as required.

What you should bring: 

• Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field.  Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing position required. 
• Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required. 
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills.
• Ability to maintain focus in stressful situations.
• Excellent multi-tasking skills.
• Exceptional time-management skills, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines.
• Project self-confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude.
