LOCATION: Vilnius, Lithuania

HYBRID MODEL: 3 days a week in the office

SALARY: 2100-2400 EUR (gross, monthly)

FULL TIME, PERMANENT ROLE

 

We’re on the hunt for an Associate Client Onboarding Specialist to be a key player in our Vilnius team. You’ll be the gatekeeper for new clients looking to share press releases through our platform - think of yourself as a mix of a detective and a quality control wizard.

Your mission will be to vet and approve new client applications, support our sales team by onboarding clients they've brought in and work closely with teams across the company - including Sales, Editorial, and Finance - to make sure everything runs smoothly.

Day to day responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

  • Perform account research on organizations who are looking to do business within the product line of business
  • Setting up any new approved account applications on our various platforms
  • Act as main point of contact for prospects until their account is approved
  • Communicate clearly with prospects via phone and email
  • Embrace collaborating with teammates
  • Ability to work occasional overtime during high volume periods
  • Ensuring that SLA’s and KPI’s are met regarding account research and account activation. 
  • Participate in and lead additional projects as required
     

What you should bring: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required from an accredited college or university with major coursework in business, marketing, or a related field.  Equivalent work experience in a similar position may be substituted for educational requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing position required
  • Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment required
  • Excellent English speaking and writing skills
  • Ability to maintain focus in stressful situations
  • Exceptional time-management skills, ability to prioritize assignments and meet deadlines
  • Project self-confidence, enthusiasm, and a positive, can-do attitude
