What you'll do

• Provide daily support to managers and oversee department administrative processes across the Baltic countries.
• Handle correspondence and maintain accurate organizational lists, databases and distribution lists.
• Plan and book business trips and prepare travel expense reports in the system for sub-department managers.
• Schedule internal and external meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate cross‑functional department meetings.
• Create and distribute meeting minutes, reports and presentations as well support meeting preparation.
• Manage onboarding tasks for new employees, including access rights, equipment orders and onboarding plans.

About you

• Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills. German language skills - advantage.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a dynamic environment.
• Confident Google Workspace user with a willingness to learn new digital tools.
• Very good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team.
• Punctual, proactive and responsible approach to daily tasks.
