Hiring: Accountant 

We’re looking for an Accountant to join us at Telia Global Services Lithuania in Vilnius, Lithuania.

I’m Kamilė Žėčiūtė - Accounts Payable & Asset Accounting Nordics manager, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team managing accounting activities and reconciliations while mentoring, collaborating, and continuously improving finance processes. 

What you’ll do: 

• Take ownership of invoice processing for assigned company codes and the administration of the RE-FX (Flexible Real Estate Management) module, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure accurate and compliant financial transaction processing while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and streamline workflows.
• Play an active role in month-end closing activities, including journal postings, lease accounting processes, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Business Controllers and Contract Managers, as well as external parties, including suppliers.
• Support effective teamwork and consistent service delivery across multiple countries.
• Contribute to company projects and drive continuous process improvements 
   

What will help you thrive in this role: 

A motivated and proactive individual who thrives on challenges, works well in a dynamic environment, and brings an analytical, structured, and detail-oriented approach. 

• Some professional experience in accounting, audit or a similar field
• Strong Excel skills (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and other key functions), with interest in further developing proficiency and exploring automation tools 
• Experience with SAP or a similar ERP system would be a plus 
• Solution-oriented and curious mindset, with a strong drive for continuous learning and development 
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various stakeholders across the organization 
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Monthly salary range for this position – 1760-2200 Eur (gross) + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
