Your day-to-day:
Own the success of our business customers of various sizes.
Engage in day-to-day communications with customers to ensure maximizing their business valueIdentify and leverage up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
Ensure a seamless experience for the customer during product adoption and deployment.
Negotiate customer agreements and renewals.
Manage your opportunity pipeline and address at-risk accounts.
Engage in Strategic Account Management activities.
Proactively identify team process improvements and contribute to projects.
Travel for business trips to meet with clients, when applicable.
Your skills & experiences:
Proven experience in customer engagement roles with a track record of success.
Experience working with B2B clients.
Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Creativity and a proactive, out-of-the-box approach.
Data-driven approach to sales with knowledge of or experience using key sales and mailing tools
Nice to have:
Experience working with international clients.
Prior experience in the technology sector.
Strategic Account Management experience.
Salary & Benefits Package:
Gross salary: 2400 - 3200 EUR/month. Keep in mind that we are open to discussing a different salary based on your skills and experience.
